Lecture: Orchids
A lecture on indigenous and tropical orchids, which will include a presentation of various species that we will learn to recognize. Advice will be given on what orchids need to thrive, how to propagate them, how to fertilize them, how to prevent and treat diseases and how to properly care for them in the home environment. A practical demonstration of proper plant transplantation will also be shown. The lecture is free of charge.
